4. Not afraid to get your hands dirty. We wear suits and ties when the occasion calls for it, but at the heart of what we do is a willingness to roll up our sleeves and jump in.

5. Able to listen, learn, and execute. You’ll need to follow direction and retain important logistical and event-specific information.

6. Professional and dependable. Our clients trust us with their brands, products, and guests—we take that responsibility seriously.

7. A degree isn’t required. Experience, work ethic, attitude, and the ability to perform matter most. Relevant education is a plus.
